Shannon Wilson started her legal career by serving as an Investigator with the State of Tennessee, where she investigated employment and housing discrimination claims with the Tennessee Human Rights Commission. She then transitioned her State practice to the United States Federal Government, where she served as an Attorney and Representation Specialist with the Office of the General Counsel for the Federal Labor Relations Authority. In that capacity, she investigated and prosecuted unfair labor practice charges, and conducted hearings and elections for federal employee collective bargaining units.

After leaving the Federal sector, Shannon served as a Contract Attorney for several large law firms and legal placement agencies and served as Faculty/Legal Advisor for a Gallup certified training and coaching corporation. Shannon is now engaged in an Estate and Business Planning law practice, and has been the lead Attorney for The Griffin Firm, PLLC since the inception of its Atlanta, GA office.

After graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Economics from Berry College, Justin Neal launched his financial services enterprise in 2002 with Northwestern Mutual.  Today, Justin leads a team of 6 as they serve families involved in business ownership, corporate leadership and consulting.  Justin compensates for his low self-esteem by passing tests and has accumulated designations including CFP, CLU, ChFC, CASL, and RIPC.  He believes that even leisure should be high performance and has completed 10 marathons, 3 Ironman Triathlons and a 100 mile trail run event.

Justin stays very involved in the community.  Volunteer efforts include: current Board Member for the Atlanta Chapter of NAIFA and the TeenPact Leadership Program, and is a former Board Member for Georgia’s Department of Human Resources; Vice Chairman of the State of Georgia’s Board for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities.
